I am also an Affiliate Member of the Medical School Hypnosis Association, an organisation which brings together medical practitioners and professional practitioners of hypnotherapy who share an interest in hypnosis research within medicine.
My aim is all about helping individuals, couples and organisations improve themselves and their relationships for effective outcomes; to discover more about themselves, to resolve problems and issues and to improve their lives and relationships. I use processes that are designed to help people make sustainable life changes, both in their lives and within their workplace environment.
I specialise in the system known as which focuses solely on the 'here, now and future' of a person's existence.
I also specialise in a programme that helps cancer patients become cancer survivors by teaching clients various self-help procedures including self-hypnosis, deep relaxation and
also called which enables them to cope more with this life-changing illness. I have recently begun clinical trials with stroke and brain injury survivors using hypnosis as an aid to improve the efficacy of motor learning, thereby improving mobility and strength in the un-recovered limb and where there is speech impediment.
